The London Borough of Havering’s last election was held in 2022 with no party gaining overall control of the council.

The administration is a Havering Residents Association and Labour coalition led by Cllr Ray Morgon (Havering Residents’Association).

The distribution of seats is as follows:

• Havering Residents Association: 22 seats
• Conservative: 20 seats
• Labour: 9 seats
• East Havering Residents’ Group: 3 seats
