West Berkshire
All-Out Elections
Following all-out elections in West Berkshire, the Liberal Democrats have gained control of the council.
The Conservatives had previously led the council since 2005, but lost 13 seats in total. The Liberal Democrats will delighted with their convincing win at this election, which gives them a strong authority to implement their manifesto.
The political composition of the council is now as follows:
Liberal Democrat – 29
Conservative – 11
Green – 2
Labour – 1
